Traffic caused by drivers searching for parking spots, fuel consumption, and air pollution caused by this fuel consumption, the time wasted by citizens, and the stress and loss of peace of individuals. Therefore, speeding up the parking process and helping to find a parking spot will improve many of these problems. The ManoPark smart app, by displaying nearby parking lots and the number of empty and full spots in each parking lot, provides significant help.

Problems such as fake parking attendants, dishonesty of some parking attendants in paying the income from parking, and the tension between parking attendants and citizens are major issues.
